





Rocky Clark and family of Robbins, IL. received a computer from Give A Computer.org. Rocky is a quadriplegic who was injured playing football. They were very excited about the computer, because Rocky’s mom Annette can eventually work from home since she must provide 24-hour care for Rocky. They Love their new computer!
Jacqueline Marshall & Family of South Holland were so surprised to receive their new laptop. Her request was specifically for a laptop, because it is easier for family to share and use even when they are not at home. She had been praying for a way to get a laptop and she never thought she would get one so fast after contacting Give A Computer.org.

Give A Computer Donated the Computers for the South Suburban PADS to help them get organized as they prepare for the Katrina Victims. The computers will be given to the Victims once they are placed in a more permanent housing situation.

The Coleman Family
The Coleman family of Matteson, IL recently received a computer to help support their three children in school and to assist the mother and father in starting a home-based business.
Kimberly Burnett and son, Christopher
Kimberly Burnett of Woodridge, IL contacted Give A Computer.org and nominated her son Christopher. He was diagnosed with ADHD at the age of five and is currently on medications. He is currently scheduled to have two more surgeries, one will attempt to correct the Cranial Synostosis, which is a deformity of the skull and facial features. The other will attempt to correct the his eyes. Kimberly stated, “A computer will help him during his time off school and teach him new skills.”

Devon is one of Father Wally's kids and wanted to start his own business. He received provided scholarship funds for his college education and last year provided the start up funds for his landscaping business, Natures Best Friends. Give A Computer.org has now stepped in to provide the computer to assist his business in his new office.
Ethel Green
Ethel Green of Chicago, IL was nominated by a friend to Give A Computer.org. She is a working mother who wanted a computer in her home so she could learn more and eventually look for a better job with the new skills she will learn through Give A Computer.org’s Computer Training Program.
