What can I donate?
Donate autos, trucks, motorcycles, vans, commercial vehicles, jet skis, snowmobiles, motor homes, buses, and even boats. It doesn't even have to run. Remember that you must have clear title in your possession.
Who is Give A Computer.org?
Give A Computer Organization’s mission is to provide computers, and computer training to individuals who fall under one of our programs. We will also endeavor to teach the benefit of recycling through our new program, Recycle University.org We have now administered a very specialized fundraising program where individuals donate vehicles of all sorts to our 501(c)(3) non-profit charity to help fund our mission.
Is my donation tax deductible?
Give A Computer.org is a 501c3 non-profit charity, so your donation should be tax deductible. You will receive a formal letter from our organization certifying that you have donated the item. Please note that all vehicles are sold for the benefit of purchasing computer parts, software, and for the general fund of our organization. We do not take possession of the vehicles. Since each case is different, it is best to consult your tax advisor for details.
Can I donate a vehicle that hasn't run in years?
Yes, we are able to accept most vehicles running or not except where the value of the car is less than the cost of towing. If you complete the online Car Donation Form we will let you know within 1 business day.
Is there any cost to me?
No, we pay for towing your vehicle.
What do I need to do to make a donation?
